What are your brushes made of?

Our brushes are designed to last! Our filaments are a proprietary polymer blend made of polyester. The handles are made of hardwood with stainless steel inserts and ferrule using 100% epoxy glue.

Do you offer any discounts to pros?

Yes! We have a pro program that offers discount when you buy in bulk. More on that here. 

What kind of paint can I use with your brushes?

Our brushes leave an exceptionally smooth finish with all types of paint including latex, oil, chalk, mineral, milk, ceramic, and stains.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

How do I know what brush to use?

Our brushes were designed for every application in mind. We promise we can find the right brush for your project! You can take our short quiz here or feel free to chat us and one of our brush specialists will help you pick the best brush for you! 

Where does Zibra ship to?

We ship to the US and Canada. Free shipping on orders +$35 applies to all US orders. Additional shipping charges may apply to CAN

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible. All orders received by 11 AM (EST) will be professed same day. All others will be processed the next business day. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free! On any order order over $35, your order ships free to anywhere in the US with standard ground shipping. Additional fees may apply to CAN orders 

What is your return policy?

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If for any reason, you are unhappy with your product - we will offer a refund within 90 days of purchase. Please email for help processing returns or exchanges. 

*Total cost of return shipping will be deducted from final refund amount
