This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that is processed by Zibra in the course of our business, including via Zibra’s web properties (e.g., enjoyzibra.com) and through any mobile apps, forums, social‑media accounts, blogs, retail stores, and other online or offline offerings (together with any and all future online and offline offerings, the “Services”).

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

• Payment Processors: Purchases through the Services are processed via third‑party payment processors. Their use of your Financial Information is governed by their privacy policies.

• International Data Transfers: You agree that all personal information collected by Zibra may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including the United States and the European Union.

• Third‑Party Sites and Services: The Services may contain links to third‑party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
