I use this in conjunction with a canvas drop cloth. I keep the canvas down and move this around to where I am working. it is nice to sit or kneel on while getting low spots.
I've been using these for a ledge mural for the past week and I have to lay and sit on the floor for several hours as I paint and I am so impressed with how comfy these are to lay and kneel on!

A game changer
I wasn’t sure if this type of drop cloth would meet my expectations, but it did. It is cushioned and makes working on lower parts of murals, walls or base moulding much more comfortable because I can kneel or sit on it. It’s easy to wipe paints drips off of it. I’m pleased!
