I love these shears and have purchased a few pairs as gifts for friends because they work so well...I gave a pair to my boyfriend for Christmas this last season (every guy needs a new tool for Christmas...) and when there was a problem with the blade, I emailed the company even though I had purchased through Amazon. The customer service was stellar...I got an email back the very next business day from the Company Vice-president saying that a new pair would be in the mail to me as soon as I confirmed the delivery address, which I did and the new shears arrived in the next few days! My hat is off to Zibra and recommend these shears to open any package! Thanks Brie for the great customer service!!!
