Our brushes are designed to last! Our filaments are a proprietary polymer blend made of polyester. The handles are made of hardwood with stainless steel inserts and ferrule using 100% epoxy glue.

• Zibra’s white filaments are created with a proprietary, high-performance filament blend, which is designed to create a balance of softness and stiffness in ultra smooth paint release and long-lasting durability. They can be used with all types of paints and stains.
• Zibra’s tan top coat filaments are created with the same high performance blend as the white filaments but engineered to replicate natural hair filaments by adding texture to the filament. We chose to design a faux engineered natural filament to protect animals that these brushes are commonly made from. The tan filaments are designed for an exceptionally smooth clear coat of stain or paint, great for top coating or painting raw wood.

Our brushes leave an exceptionally smooth finish with all types of paint including latex, oil, chalk, mineral, milk, ceramic, and stains.

• First, determine the level of detail your project requires:
• For round and cylindrical surfaces, opt for the Round Paintbrush. 
• For molding, routed edges, and detail work, the Fan Paintrbrush will hug around unique shapes and crevices.
• For wall corners, raised panels on doors, and slanted flat surfaces, the Triangle Paintbrush will provide the precision and accuracy you need.
• For painting next to trim, electrical outlets, or door molding, the Precision Cut-In Paintbrush will provide a nice clean edge.
• For painting windows, narrow molding, and flat edges, the Square Paintbrush is the perfect width that can provide a smooth finish.
• For any large surface project try the Flat Paintbrush or Chiseled Wedge Paintbrush
• For painting on trim use the Precision Trim Paintbrush series
• For any cut in work around windows, doors, floors use the Cut In Paintbrush series

• In this blog, you will learn how to properly store your paint brushes.

• To protect the shape and integrity of the filaments, lay them flat in a designated storage area. Choose a room with a consistent temperature that’s out of direct sunlight. This prevents the weight of the brush from warping its shape. Then, wrap or cover the filaments for additional protection.
• For filaments that have moved out of place, use a brush comb to reorganize them. You can also wet the brush under warm water and try to move the filaments back into place.
• Your paint brushes are an investment, both in the precision of your paint job and future projects. Without taking proper care of those brushes, you’ll be dealing with streaks, texture issues, and an uneven finish.
